What is iLINK?

iLINK is iSMART's solution to contribute to English language accessibility for primary school students in disadvantaged rural and mountainous areas.

iLINK utilizes a direct and online connection model to teach English to hundreds of classes and thousands of students simultaneously.

iLINK provides the program that teaches language skills, builds up specialized vocabulary in Maths and Science in English, and fosters teamwork and collaborative abilities.

Realizing the Ministry of Education and Training's directive in Document 816/BGDĐT-GDTH dated March 9, 2022, regarding the organization of English and Computer Science teaching according to the 2018 General Education Program for primary school students starting from the 2022-2023 academic year. This directive emphasizes the need to establish a direct and online teaching model (direct learning through virtual classrooms, where one teacher can teach multiple classes in different geographic locations simultaneously) and provide training and guidance to teachers to implement flexible teaching plans at schools and points where it is impossible to allocate teachers for English and Computer Science teaching.

TEACHING CONNECTIONS iSMART teachers will connect directly to study sites via Zoom. Local teachers will lead students based on the detailed script and program that has been built by iSMART.

SMART CLASS SCHEDULE The local Department of Education and Training arranges the timetables of all primary schools in the district/city to synchronize all students at a fixed time.

CO-TEACHER TRAINING Local teachers will be trained and guided by iSMART in trial teaching and meeting requirements for skills in using technology and teaching processes.

EVALUATION AND SUPPORT iSMART will collaboratively evaluate the teaching process to ensure continuous quality improvement, build a list of teachers and be ready to provide dedicated support and guidance
